What will you learn from the course?
Hip-hop dance makes people concentrate, interested, graceful and casual. At the same time, hip-hop dancing has a slimming effect, because hip-hop is a medium-to-low-intensity aerobic exercise. In one hour of exercise, the effect of consuming body fat is quite strong.
In addition, hip-hop dance is a small muscle exercise. Regular practice can increase your overall coordination and make your body proportions more standard. It is a combination of the most representative actions UP Down, C-walk, and Shake, which is very varied. It is composed of joints such as head, neck, shoulders, upper limbs, trunk and other joints such as flexion and extension, rotation, looping, swinging, and wave-shaped twisting. Each movement has a specific fitness effect. The coordination of the movements of the lower limbs, abdomen and back, head and trunk, and attention to the independent movement of each part.
