About the Experience

Promote a high standard of swimming through confidence building, swimming techniques, enjoyment and achievement to the highest level in the sport.

Teach swimming to a high standard in a safe, gentle and encouraging manner especially to helping those nervous/ zero experience adult non-swimmers to breakthrough themselves for the first time.

Swimming is a very good sport, swimming can not only exercise your body, make your body fit, but also cool down the heat. Swimming can also make people happy, and there are no frowning people in the swimming pool.

Since the thermal conductivity of water is 20 times greater than that of air, if it stays in water at 12°C for 4 minutes, it consumes 100 kilocalories of heat, which is equivalent to the heat consumed in 1 hour of air at the same temperature. A lot of calorie consumption is conducive to fatter students to lose weight.

Classes are conducted on weekly/daily/monthly basis.
Students are not allowed to join a course in the middle of an intake.
