Learn and practice the basics of latte art during this 3-hour hands-on workshop.

Participants will learn the following:

• The importance and function of crema
• Pour and perfect your latte art skills up to 18 cups of coffee in a session
• Learn how to stretch and forth milk for latte art
• Learn the basics of free pour latte art pattern, such as tulip, heart and rosettas
• Learn how to choose the right milk for your cappuccino
• Learn how to make creative designs on your coffee using various tools
• Learn to master the perfect milk temperature for your coffee

A non-formal education institution that offers coffee related courses and workshops, the Emery School of Coffee offers leisure coffee workshops, in-house certification programs, Italian Barista Modules by Espresso Academy Firenze, and Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) sanctioned courses. Part of their mission includes making specialty coffee appealing and familiar to everyone, and not just coffee professionals behind the bar, but everyone from all walks of life. Emery School of Coffee is located at the Putra Point Business Centre in Subang Jaya.

Classes are conducted on weekly/daily/monthly basis.
Students are not allowed to join a course in the middle of an intake.
