Who is eligible for the course?

This course is suitable for learners whom are beginning to read (5-7 yo learners).

Prerequisites:

1. The Pre-Reader’s Programme is designed for young learners between ages 5 – 7. 
2. It is mainly for students who are in the early childhood phase whom are beginning to read. 
3. The main objective of this course is to introduce the concept of coding to young learners in a way that enhances their motor skills and computational thinking skills. 
4. The module is customized to suit the level of understanding and comprehension of pre-school learners. 
5. There will be a combination of Unplugged Coding as well as usage of online materials throughout the entire programme. 
6. No prior knowledge of Coding is necessary as a pre-requisite. Language used to conduct all lessons is English.

At the end of this programme, you will be able to:

1. Identify all the Coding Block categories,
2. Understand all the Coding terminology used,
3. Use the combination of the block categories to create animations & games,
4. Understand the concepts of Coding

2. 1-Month Pre-reader's Package: This course fees includes materials and 4hours (Hourly one-to-one virtual live sessions) with the Coding Instructor.
