We teach basic musicianship skills and techniques of playing Erhu by learning classical, folk and pop music. 

For advance level, mainly learning fingering technique and focus on solo repertoire. 

Furthermore, we will share on:

~ Proper performing postures and techniques of both hands

~ Way of utilise the full length of the bow

~ Playing at different parts of the bow, using different bowing speeds.

~ Method on playing various songs and tunes.

The Weilaoshi Music & Art Workshop (WMAW) views music, art and performance as the birthright of all people. As it is an essential way that human beings (5 years old and above) connect with others and helps to develop discipline and confidence that will serve children well throughout their lives. We also representing a wide range of musical traditions, including Modern Classic Teaching Skill, Music Instrument Karaoke Skill, Grading Teaching Skill, Solo and group forms of Performance Teaching Skill. Apart from that, our Weilaoshi Classroom also provide with art class (>5 years old), tuition class (7-12 years old) and after school program (5 to 6 years old student). Under the lead of our professional music program and teachers, it makes the course more lively and enhance our left & right brains' development.
