Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.

It keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. 

Also, helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.

Course Pre-Requisites 

1. Aged range

* Adults: 18 years old and above

2. Compulsory Attires:

a. Proper swimming wears 

    (Beach wears or sport wears thighs are not accepted to entering pool.)

b. Swimming Goggles & Cap are MUST to ALL swimmers, except Babies.

c. Special Remark to parents/guardians : Children or Students who are categorize in Special Needs/Hyperactive/Body Heights/Fear to Water will advised to change for 1 to 1 class according to specific class recommended with Fee Top Up required.

- Terms & Conditions for Redemption of Package-

1. Redemption failure when Name changed without Amendment issued from Evetag to Swim The World Sport & Edu Services.

2. Voucher purchased cannot be exchangeable for CASH.

3. One week Advance Reservation required subjected to availability & confirmation from Swim The World for Redemption.

4. Cancellation less than 3 working days prior to Class Reserved will not be entertained due to unforeseen circumstances. 

5. Swim The World reserves the right to withdraw the offer without prior notice.

Remarks:

• 4 classes per month
• 60 mins per class per week.
• Ratio: 1 teacher to maximun 8 students
• All group classes will be updated every month end before 28th of the month.
• New classes can be opened upon request with a minimum 3 students
• Mix group consists of beginner, beginner advance, intermediate

Missed class will not be replaced.
Classes on public holidays will be replaced on another date.

Students may cancel any time 48 hours or more before the class to receive a refund. Students canceling less than 48 hours before a class will receive a full credit towards rescheduling or purchasing a different class.

Classes are conducted on weekly/daily/monthly basis.
Students are not allowed to join a course in the middle of an intake.
