A  foundation to New stage for Swimming Program for both junior and adult

Swimming is a great workout because you need to move your whole body against the resistance of the water.

It keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body, builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. 

Also, helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs.

Course Pre-Requisites 

1. Aged range

* Babies    : 6 months to 4 years old

* Junior     : min 5 to 12 years old (Body Heights min 120cm & above)

* Adults     : 13 years old and above

2. Compulsory Attires:

a. Proper swimming wears 

    (Beach wears or sport wears thighs are not accepted to entering pool.)

b. Swimming Goggles & Cap are MUST to ALL swimmers, except Babies.

c. Special Remark to parents/guardians : Children or Students who are categorize in Special Needs/Hyperactive/Body Heights/Fear to Water will advised to change for 1 to 1 class according to specific class recommended with Fee Top Up required.

Who is eligible for the course?

5-year-olds and above to adults (Body Heights min 120cm & above)

Schedule as below:

Weekend

 Saturday & Sunday : 11.00 am/ 5.00 pm                                                     

Remarks:

• 3-Month Basic Swimming Class package:
• 12 classes in 3 months validity
• 60 mins per child per class per week.
• ratio : 1 teacher to max 8 students

Basic Swimming Class Trial:

• Junior/ Adult above 13
• 30 mins for one trial session

All changes and cancellations are subject to our standard Refund Policy.
Missed class will not be replaced.
Classes on public holidays will be replaced on another date.
No refund is allowed

Students may cancel any time 48 hours or more before the class to receive a refund. Students canceling less than 48 hours before a class will receive a full credit towards rescheduling or purchasing a different class.

Classes are conducted on weekly/daily/monthly basis.
Students are not allowed to join a course in the middle of an intake.
Reservation not required.
Present your ECV (it's under 'My Vouchers' in the 'My Profile' tab) at the institution.
