Modern Calligraphy evolutes the traditional forms of script, it now looks in more freestyle, elegant and playful! This is a really lovely thing to do, it is relaxing, therapeutic, and can be meditative. The practice of it is really something to enjoy, and at a time when we spend a lot of our lives staring at a screen, doing something quiet with pen and paper is actually satisfied.

With different styles, techniques and tools, it is getting common in journaling, diary, greeting card, invitation card, graphic designs and etc.  It is not just a new hobby, also a new trend and new skill! However, it has totally unique writing technique!  I’ll help to get started to develop your modern calligraphy skill. Hence, there is no requirement of any art background, regardless of your current handwriting, you can totally start from zero.

• Words to sentences
• Class project of completing a greeting card/positive affirmation card

After completing the course, you may…

• Learn a new fundamental calligraphy skill.

What does the workshop fee include?

• Basic starter kit (includes 1 set of printed course material, 2 brush pens, 1 quality grid notebook, 2 art cards and 1 customized name card). The postage fee is waived within Malaysia.
• Softcopy of course material will be shared for the online class.
• As this is an online workshop, no physical attendance is required. You may learn from anywhere.

Classes on public holidays will be replaced on another date.

Students may cancel any time 48 hours or more before the class to receive a refund. Students canceling less than 48 hours before a class will receive a full credit towards rescheduling or purchasing a different class.

Classes are conducted on weekly/daily/monthly basis.
Students are not allowed to join a course in the middle of an intake.
